Our Community

Alpha Kappa Lambda is proud to be a part of the Interfraternity Council of Iowa State University's Sorority and Fraternity Community. Each year, AKL takes part in many of the activities and traditions put on by the Sorority and Fraternity Community and Iowa State University.

Homecoming

AKLs are proud to be Cyclones! Each fall, we celebrate the history of Iowa State University. Before the Annual Homecoming Football Game, we take part in Yell Like Hell, Community Service, Intramural Sports, and Lawn Skits to show our Cyclone Spirit. 

Greek Week

Each Spring, AKL and the rest of the Iowa State Greek Community celebrate the common bond of fraternal friendship. We do events such as Greek Olympics, Lip Sync, Tournaments, Polar Bear Plunge, and Vespers.
